  I've been with appearance dermatology for about five years. I never had a problem with them until like two years ago. They over book themselves, you have an appointment at 12:15 but don't get called back until 2:00pm which is beyond ridiculous. I haven't had that problem since but others have. Now I get my Botox for under my arms and I left at least five messages with one lady to get back to me which she never gets back to me. I'm supped to get this every 3-4 months which now it's been 7 months and it's getting to a point where should I get someone else or should I keep trying?

  Well the first time I went there I waited for an hour in the waiting room, then I was brought back to a room where Dr.Toome walked in and spent about 5 minutes talking to me and during this time she was in a rush to get done speaking to me and move to her next patient. I thought it must have just been a busy day and had an appointment scheduled for 2 weeks from that date... So 2 weeks later I go to her office and wait an hour in the waiting room again, at which point I ask the woman at the desk how much longer because I had things to do and she said "you are next". I get called back into a room and wait for another 45 minutes on top of the hour that i was in the waiting room for. I decided to get up and leave to get my co-pay back. Terrible office and I suggest every other dermatologist in the area before Dr. Toome.
