- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrendous. First of all, the staff at the front desk were extremely rude both in person and over the phone. If you manage to make an appointment after dealing with their disgusting attitudes, have fun waiting months for a simple appointment that isn’t guaranteed since they have quite the reputation for canceling and moving appointments. Secondly, Eastern Dental is crawling with a bunch of doctors that only want your money. They told my 15-year-old daughter and I that she had seven cavities and “more coming in.” It was hard not to laugh in their faces, we immediately went to another dentist who promptly pointed out how healthy her teeth were, and no cavities in sight. Don’t waste your time and money here. This place needs to be shut down.May 30, 2017by AL Rodz
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I would rate it a half of star if I could. One of the most unprofessional places I have ever dealt with and a revolving door with different dentist coming and going. I had work done there several times that had to be redone and or corrected. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN AND DEFINITELY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE THERE.
